For Gabe's first vacation with the Calders, we got a big condo in Steamboat Springs and enjoyed good food, hot springs, and late summer walks.
Camping with the Thayer Family in their new Allegro Breeze, and in our new Jay Feather Sport. It was a week of mountain passes, Baby naps in the trailer or back of the RV, and spending time outside with the family.
Mom, Dad, Kev and Andrew come out for a two week trip around the state. We camp in the mountains, fly fish, rock hound, and soak in hot mineral springs!
We spent a week on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina with the Calders. The ocean was beautiful, the sun was intense and the wind was blowing.
Mark's parents found a unit in Bend, Oregon, and we drove out to spend a week in the beautiful deserts, volcanoes, forests and mountains of this amazing state.
We hadn't been back to the midwest during the summer in years. This year for our vacation, Mark and I drove the new Prius east, and spent a great week with the fam at home in St. Louis.
During Jeff and Kathy's trip to Fort Collins, we took them on a day trip to visit our favorite climbing area on a late fall day.
To finish up a great vacation with the family, Mom, Dad, Tj and I all take the train up to the summit of Pikes Peak, where donuts and coffee await!
We couldn't spent the whole week with Mom, Dad and TJ this year, but we spent the long weekend with them in Moab.
